WEEK END IN STANVAGER

I arrived in stanvager arround 23h on friday mai 23th 2008. Inki picked me up ( student from Hald and she has has been in Madagascar for six months and also she have lived there for long) from the aeroport "SOLO". We went directly to the church where some youth people had meeting and sociale thing. Two girl from Hald Helene and Elina was there to so it was very nice to see them after been alone with my host Father in Orkdal. We palyed foot ball in in artificiel grass with some teanegers and we went home arround 1 clock in the morning. I was very happy to be again inside Inki's house because I saw many things from Madagascar specialy in my room; i felt like I am in Madagascar. Her parents have been in Madagascar as Missonary long time ago and you can see when you visit their house that they have been in Madagascar.

The day after I talk malagasy with Inki's parents and they still understand what I said. I was very imprest they never forget to speak malagasy , speacialy Inki she can speak like a Malagasy girl. Anyway, Inki, Helene and Elina has proposed me to go to "Prikestolen"because its my birthday. We left home from 10h and we come back arround 18h in the same day.
Elina drived us from home to the Preikestolen parking, then we started to climb the rock "montagne" . It was very fun to meet many tourist in the way and in top of the " Montagne".

I dont know how to say because it was very nice to be there and realy fun. I just want to say thank for Inki, Eline adn Helena to bring me there because it was the best trip that I ever had in Norway.


In the night, Elena invite us to her house and we had some food there and I had my birthday cake to. It was funny the flag on my Cake made by Inki's Parents because its not Malagasy flag but Norwegian flag. I forget that I was in Norway and I have lived there almost ten months know because I was very happy and I felt like I had my birthday party at home. we stay there untill 1 clock in the morning and I can see that Inki was very tierd but she have to be there because it was my birthday ( I would like to say thank for her).

The sunday Morning we went to church and it was my first servise leading by ladie's prest and also she has been in Madagascar some weeks. I have been working with ladie's prest butI never be in her service on sunday.
In the same day we meet one of friends from Madagascar ( she is Malagasy girl) and we had a great time together.
I would like to stay in stanvager for long but I have to take the bus to mandal so I left Stanvager arround 16h 30. I took the same bus with Sammy, Edson, Cirne, Cissil, Sølvar, Oda and one more studend from Hald so I wasnt alone in the Bus because it was many student from hald.

Everythink was very nice but the time was realy short

17th Mai and 7 Days in Orkdal

16th of Mai, time to go back again in Orkdal. we took the Bus from Mandal to Kristiansand and Bus again from Kristiansand to Oslo. From Oslo to tronhaim we took plan and my contact person pick up us from the aeroport. We arrived late in the evening so I went to bed after the long trip.

I have been in Mandal for long and I it was a bite warm but when I arrived in Orkdal again it still cold. you can see that I was brown in Mandal but now I became a bite with again. I have been wearing only T-shirt in Mandal but here I have to wear jacket every time I go out .

The day after it 17th of Mai, its the Norwegain independance day. First we had service in the church and after that we went out in the street to see the carnavale. It was my first time to see many people out in Fanrem ( Place where I live in Orkdal ). They dressing up and wearing nice cloths, even the farmer they didnt wear dirty cloth as everyday at work but they wear realy nice cloths like suit. I realy like to see the women wearing the national coustume and the man olso. you can see that each tribe had their own coustume and different color. I can say that most of the norwagian kids can play instrument because in 17th mai the play music and its realy nice o heard and to see them.

After the carnaval we went to the school next to my house and we had some cake and Ice cream.

Its realy different about how they celebrete their Natonal day compere of mine. we have carnavale and the soldier participate in the carnaval too. and different speach before the carnavale made by the primary school, kinder, high school and the millitary.

I have to stay in Fanrem for 7 days before I go to stanvager. During that 7 days I didnt know what to do and where to go. The only thing that I can do was watching movie and read a book.

One sunday we had trip to Hitra that was very nice because I never been insinde tunel under the sea so it was a good experiance and the landscap was very nice, I could say how lucky are thenorwegian people live in this country.

the rest of my stay as I said before nothing to do so I weak at 11 in the morning and have breack fast, I didnt know if its break fast or lunch but I need to eat something becasue I am hungry then check e mail and starting to watch movie or read a Book. I have seen 37 movie in 7 days : American pei 1,2,3,4 and 5, saving private ryan , Forest Gump, you have got email, terminal, briget jones, big cheap spy........many. But on wensday night some friends from volley ball team pick me up to play beach volley ball in Hoston, finaly I had something to do but it was only for 2 hours.

The seven day that I stay in Fanrem I have been inside of my house 22 hours a day inside the house exept the 17th and 18th of mai but the rest I ahve been inside the house, that was realy fun and I can see that I became a bite with.

Its time to say good to Orkdal and I hope I can come back again to see my hostfamily and the rest ofmy friend there.
